Fuka
Originally from Hokkaido. After graduating from university, he studied abroad for two years and bought a car, spending three months traveling across Canada and the West Coast of the United States.
While writing lyrics and composing music while traveling, he decided he wanted to pursue music full-time, so after returning to Japan he moved to Fukuoka.
He currently performs street live shows and events, mainly in Fukuoka and Tokyo.
Starting in July 2024, he will travel around Europe for two months, singing and playing guitar.
He is expanding the scope of his activities both domestically and internationally.
He values being a driving force for others and connecting with people through his songs.
A clumsy but life-sized singer-songwriter who sings honestly.
On the radio, he talks about his life in Canada, why he came to Fukuoka, a place he has no ties to, how he backpacked to Europe and earned money by performing on the streets, and the source of his adventurous spirit and drive.
